This is a 12m 'cowboy guitar study' that I began making before recording what has become the new Moon Men composition 'Ennio Bopped Me', which sounds nothing like this piece. I heard my first 'spaghetti western' music on 1970's television while watching Clint Eastwood movies like 'The Good the Bad and the Ugly'. When I listen to my own guitar recordings since 1980, I hear myself returning to tones and timbres that derive from Morricone, an abiding love for cultural indeterminacy, pulse, openness, and the magic of reverb.
