To be honest, at that time in my life, I wasn't sure whether I would live through another year. I kept PLOWING, as you know I do, and eventually got to HERE...Toad Hall Studio in East Douglas, MA... amazing. A blessing in slo-motion that never failed me, even when I didn't discern things and was an exasperating ass. Wow. Yeah, thanks.

Tracks 9-14 are bonus recordings and demoes from the same time of my life in New England, including the *legendary* long-improvisation 'CLOWN FOOD' performed by HipBone, some work in Portland, Maine with Mark McGee, one of three existing recordings of Runs With Scissors (Bart Mallio, Jonathan Thomas, me), and 'Do You Own an Iron?' a 4-track cassette late night whim after too much fun.
